Grace joined BBW Lawyers in July 2024 and works closely with Daniel Wilkins and Stephanie Dunn across a broad range of workers compensation and work injury damages matters.

She specialises in workers compensation claims, with experience acting for both plaintiffs and defendants. Prior to joining the firm, Grace commenced her legal career in a plaintiff firm covering a wide range of areas including workers compensation, motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, public liability and intentional tort. She gained valuable insight into the claimant experience and developed a strong foundation in the statutory framework and litigation process.

She now practices exclusively in defendant workers compensation, advising insurers, self-insured corporations and employers across a broad range of matters. Her dual perspective enables her to provide strategic, commercially focused advice and to resolve claims efficiently and effectively.
