A specialist in workers compensation, work injury damages and public liability claims, he also has experience to offer in employment law, WHS matters and recoveries. 

Daniel is entrusted with representing some of Australia’s largest insurers, self-insurers and employers across NSW and the ACT in workers compensation.   

He also protects the interests of one of Australia’s largest hotel chains in all jurisdictions across the country. 

His alternative dispute resolution and negotiation skills are valued by clients seeking outcomes and have been honed through his liability claims experience.

Daniel’s extensive experience appearing in the Personal Injury Commission (previously the Workers Compensation Commission), Local, District and Supreme Courts across Australia have developed standout advocacy skills. 

Daniel has a demonstrated talent for finding novel and effective solutions in time pressured situations. Drawing on his undergraduate studies in medical science, he has special skills in interpretation of complex medical evidence in injury claims.

Prior to founding BBW Lawyers in 2007, Daniel worked for one of Australia’s largest defendant insurance law practices.  

Daniel also has carriage of extensive public liability portfolio for an international hotel chain client of the firm.
