Ben is a graduate-at-law in BBW Lawyers’ Commercial Team, and works closely with John Fairgray and Balveen Saini on both front and back end commercial matters and transactions.

As part of BBW’s Commercial Team, Ben is involved in commercial advisory, commercial litigation, debt recovery, bankruptcy, insolvency and sports law. Ben prides himself on establishing and flourishing positive relationships with clients and providing practical advice and solutions to problems.

Prior to his commencement at BBW Lawyers, Ben gained extensive experience working as part of an in-house commercial and legal team at a large Australian construction firm operating across various segments including civil construction and hire on major mining and renewable projects, construction materials, manufacturing and equipment sales, and residential and commercial real estate.

In this role, Ben undertook various commercial, legal and corporate matters involving the provision of advice, the preparation of documentation, and the negotiation and resolution of disputes. This enabled Ben to gain valuable experience in both front and back end commercial and legal matters within the construction industry.

Ben is working towards his upcoming admission as a solicitor.
