Nicholas joined BBW Lawyers in 2018 and has worked primarily in the commercial and disputes team. He specialises in commercial and general litigation, debt recovery, insurance litigation, sporting disputes and construction disputes. Nicholas also has experience in BBW’s insurance team.
Nicholas’s experience in litigation has evolved from the Local Court to several complex matters in the District Court of NSW, the Supreme Court of NSW and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia. He has also appeared in before the Australian Financial Complaints Authority and numerous matters before the Personal Injury Commission.

- instructing solicitor for a leading Australian property institute in the Supreme Court of Australia (2020).
- has acted on behalf of one of Australia’s largest ASX listed companies in numerous matters in the Local Court and Supreme Court of New South Wales (2018 – present).
- has acted on behalf Australia’s largest grocery merchant in the Local, District and Supreme Court of New South Wales and in the Personal Injury Commission.
- has acted on behalf of many of Australia’s most prominent athletes in relation to contract and employment disputes as well as complex litigation surrounding the imposition of the COVID-19 Vaccine Directions instituted in Australia.
- Pro Bono work – Assists and acts for an Australian charitable organisation which seeks to mentor indigenous youth exiting high school and introduce them to suitable employers for the development of meaningful and sustainable careers.
Outside of the law, Nicholas is a club captain for the Eastwood District Rugby Union Football Club where he holds the club record for highest total number of tries scored by a single player during his career.
