Robert joined BBW Lawyers in September 2016 as an Associate. He works closely with Daniel Wilkins and David Hughes across a broad range of matters including workers compensation, work injury damages and common law claims.
Robert started his legal career at the Australian Rugby Union where he was involved in sponsorship, contract and trademark law matters. He then moved into the area of advising plaintiffs/applicants in workers compensation, work injury damages and public liability claims. Robert also worked on numerous CTP, medical negligence and Superannuation Insurance matters. Experienced accrued in these diverse areas of law has given Robert the exposure and critical expertise necessary to find alternatives by which he can help clients achieve their desired outcomes.
Robert often appears in the Workers Compensation Commission, District and Supreme Courts and has honed excellent skills as an advocate. These skills also translate into strong dispute resolution and negotiation capability.
Robert is passionate about client service and aims to deliver clarity and peace of mind. He builds strong rapport and provides high quality, individualised advice to help his clients understand all available options.
