Daniel’s extensive experience appearing in the Workers Compensation Commission, Local, District and Supreme Courts across Australia have developed standout advocacy skills.
Daniel has a demonstrated talent for finding novel and effective solutions in time pressured situations. Drawing on his undergraduate studies in medical science, he has special skills in interpretation of complex medical evidence in injury claims.
